How can you reduce mildew buildup on a shower curtain?
I have a scrubbing bubbles automatic shower cleaner...it keeps the walls pretty clean but mildew still develops on the shower curtain and doesn't come off...I usually have to get a new shower curtain every 3-4 months. So I was just wondering if there are any good ways to prevent or clean the mildew completely.
I was wondering if Rain-X would work on a nylon shower curtain...I know it's made for glass. Or some kind of car wax meant to bead and wick the water off of a material. That should help reduce the mildew buildup.
I'd also like to add that I mean my shower curtain liner, not the actual shower curtain itself. They are both plastic but the liner is what gets mildew on it.
Made sure your bathroom is well ventilated. Also shake the excess water off your shower curtain after use
