does a cover up dress have to be made of terry? or can it be knit/made of thin cotton? does terry really dry up faster?

A swimsuit cover up can be made of almost anything, except for leather and nonbreathable fabrics. The reason most cover ups are made of terry is because terry absorbs a lot of moisture so after you swim, your body will be dry :)
